Not feeling it today?

Today like every day got up ready to go to work and thought "I need a day off, in fact I deserve a day off!" Then I remembered there was a reason I was working so hard! I had goals to achieve, not working or working out will certainly not help me achieve them so... I made myself some scrambled eggs on wholewheat (Happy place) and started planning out a clients next workout.

Remember guys everyone can have a bad day, it is what you choose to do next that defines you or who you will be. Remember you have your goals and keep working toward them! if they seem impossible, break them up into smaller bite size versions and just keep chipping away it them!

Mar Twain once said - “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.”

Start at the Beginning!
