SERVICES

Each of the services offered below will follow an initial telephone call with us and if we both feel that we can work together then the next step will be to meet for a face to face consultation. The consultation is important for several reasons for both you, the client, and the trainer. It is during the consultation that we can carry out a written health check and some physical assessments (an MOT if you like!) During this time, we will assess whether we think you are ready to start your fitness journey.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

After your free consultation, your journey will begin. Your goals will determine the number of sessions you have each week and the type of training you do. Rest assured though, each session will be varied and fun!. Your trainer is not just there to help you physically but also to mentally prepare you for this lifestyle change, so there will also be advice on nutrition and how to maintain a healthy mind set.

           PAIRED TRAINING SESSIONS

This is ideal for those who shy away from gyms and fitness classes when solo, or who tend to be more introverted. If you are focused on specific, shared or complementary goals (e.g. losing weight, getting stronger, training for an event), why not train with a friend? Ideal for groups who enjoy spending time together but want to be more active.

           NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

As well as a new fitness regime, you will need to be thinking about your nutrition. For a healthy Lifestyle, both aspects of your life will need to be addressed. We will provide nutritional advice and guidance because fitness and diet go hand in hand. If you eat an unhealthy diet, you may never see the results that exercising properly can bring.

WEIGHT LOSS (Reduction in Body Fat)

People who are overweight or obese are more likely to develop heart disease or possibly suffer a stroke. Being overweight is unhealthy for several reasons such as excess joint wear but the main problem is it puts more strain on your heart. Losing weight is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of heart problems and other diseases.
